InvoiceXML

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InvoiceXML service, operated by MB Quantum Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

InvoiceXML provides e-invoice conversion, validation, and extraction services via a web interface and REST API. We convert PDF invoices into structured e-invoice formats including ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, XRechnung, UBL, and CII.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer the API, or exceed rate limits in a way that degrades service for other users.

5. Data Processing

Invoice files submitted for conversion are processed in real-time and are not stored after the response is delivered. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceXML is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Accuracy & User Responsibility

While we strive to deliver the highest quality results, InvoiceXML does not guarantee 100% accuracy for any of its tools. Our service is designed to automate part of the manual work involved in processing invoices; however, due to the wide variety of invoice formats, missing data, and invalid structures that may be submitted, our AI-powered tools can produce errors or incomplete results.

The invoices created using this tool are intended for informational purposes only and do not hold any legal or tax validity. Users are responsible for reviewing each generated or converted document thoroughly for any tax and legal requirements. InvoiceXML should not be used as the sole authority on the correctness of any invoice or document. All output must be manually reviewed prior to further use.

8. Beta Service

InvoiceXML is currently in beta. While we work continuously to improve the platform, the service may contain bugs, inaccuracies, or incomplete features. If you encounter any issues or find a bug, please contact us at [email protected] so we can address it promptly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You and InvoiceXML agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to the TOS will be brought in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
